• Surface Pretreatment: Requires thorough cleaning and phosphating.
• Application Methods: Corona guns or Triboelectric guns.
• Recommended Thickness: 70-90 microns.
• Curing Conditions: 180°C for 20 minutes.
• Mechanical and Corrosion Resistance: Superior adhesion, hardness, and resistance to harsh environments.
