Product Features

• Chemical Composition: Made from solid epoxy resins, hardeners, additives, and pigments. Ensures excellent heat and light resistance.
• Versatile Application: Ideal as a primer or anti-corrosive primer for ferrous substrates. Enhances corrosion resistance and prepares surfaces for multilayer coating cycles. Suitable for internal and external applications.
• Storage Stability: Stable for at least 24 months in dry conditions below 35°C.
• Surface Pretreatment: Requires clean, grease-free, and rust-free metal surfaces for optimal adhesion. Best on sandblasted ferrous substrates. Suitable for aluminum with appropriate treatment.

Application Guidelines

• Methods: Can be applied with manual or automatic Corona guns, or Triboelectric guns. Tribo guns enhance flow and penetration.
• Recommended Thickness: Average thickness of 80 microns.
• Curing Conditions: Follow specified conditions, e.g., 180°C for 10-20 minutes.

Mechanical and Corrosion Resistance

• Mechanical Characteristics: Excellent adhesion, hardness, and impact resistance.
• Corrosion Resistance: Performs well in salt spray and humidity tests, ensuring longevity in harsh environments.

Chemical Resistance

• Solvents: Resistant to various solvents with minimal softening.

Multi-Layer Paint Guide

• Preparation: Ensure proper metal surface preparation.
