EcoPolifix's PES NERO SL. 9005 is a TGIC-free polyester powder coating offering superior weather and UV resistance. Suitable for garden furniture, window frames, road signs, lighting articles, railings, and trailers.

• Application: Ideal for metal objects needing high durability and UV resistance. 
• Storage: Stable for 24 months in dry, cool conditions below 30°C. 
• Surface Pretreatment: Clean, grease-free metal surfaces with zinc and iron salt phosphating or aluminum chromatizing. 
• Application Methods: Manual or automatic Corona guns, or Triboelectric guns. 
• Recommended Thickness: 70-90 microns, 100-120 microns for specific colours. 
• Curing Conditions: 180°C for 20 minutes, can drop to 160°C for steel. 
• Mechanical and Corrosion Resistance: Excellent adhesion, hardness, and 1000 hours salt spray test resistance.
