EcoPolifix's PES NERO SL. 9005 is a durable TGIC-free polyester powder coating for metal objects needing high sun and weather resistance. Ideal for garden furniture, architectural parts, window frames, railings, and trailers.

• Application: Suitable for metal objects requiring durability and UV resistance. 
• Storage: Stable for at least 24 months in dry, cool conditions below 30°C. 
• Surface Pretreatment: Clean, grease-free metal surfaces, zinc and iron salt phosphating for high corrosion resistance. 
• Application Methods: Manual or automatic Corona guns, or Triboelectric guns. 
• Recommended Thickness: 70-90 microns, 100-120 microns for limited covering power colours. 
• Curing Conditions: 180°C for 20 minutes, 160°C for steel applications. 
• Mechanical and Corrosion Resistance: Excellent adhesion, hardness, and 1000 hours salt spray test resistance.
