EcoPolifix's PES NERO L. 9005 - 90 GLOSS is a premium polyester powder coating ideal for metal coating applications requiring high gloss and excellent weather resistance. This product is formulated with solid carboxyl polyester resins and TGIC-free hardeners.

• Application: Suitable for outdoor applications like garden furniture and road signs.
• Storage: 24 months stability in dry conditions below 30°C.
• Surface Pretreatment: Clean and degreased surfaces with phosphating for enhanced adhesion.
• Application Methods: Manual or automatic Corona guns or Triboelectric guns.
• Recommended Thickness: 70-90 microns; 100-120 microns for limited covering power colours.
• Curing Conditions: 180°C for 20 minutes.
• Mechanical and Corrosion Resistance: High hardness, excellent impact resistance, and robust corrosion resistance.
