EcoPolifix's PES GRIGIO L. MET 9007 TS DB is a specialised polyester powder coating incorporating micaceous metallising agents and steel powders. This coating is engineered for metal applications needing high durability and weather resistance.
- Application: Suitable for garden furniture and architectural parts.
- Storage: 24 months stability in dry, cool conditions.
- Surface Pretreatment: Clean, grease-free metal surfaces with zinc and iron salt phosphating.
- Application Methods: Applicable with Corona guns or Triboelectric guns.
- Recommended Thickness: 70-90 microns.
- Curing Conditions: 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Mechanical and Corrosion Resistance: Excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
