EcoPolifix's PES BIANCO SL. 9010 - 70 GLOSS polyester powder coating offers superior durability and resistance for metal objects. Perfect for garden furniture, window frames, road signs, lighting articles, lawn decorations, and trailers.

• Application: For metal objects needing high sun and weather resistance. 
• Storage: Stable for 24 months in dry conditions below 30°C. 
• Surface Pretreatment: Clean, grease-free metal surfaces, zinc and iron salt phosphating for high corrosion resistance. 
• Application Methods: Manual or automatic Corona guns, or Triboelectric guns. 
• Recommended Thickness: 70-90 microns, 100-120 microns for specific colours. 
• Curing Conditions: 180°C for 20 minutes, 160°C for steel. 
• Mechanical and Corrosion Resistance: Excellent adhesion, hardness, and 1000 hours salt spray test resistance.
