EcoPolifix's PES BIANCO L. 9010 is a high-performance TGIC-free polyester powder coating, ideal for outdoor metal applications like garden furniture, window frames, road signs, lighting articles, and lawn decorations.

• Application: Suitable for metal objects requiring high weather resistance. 
• Storage: 24 months stability in dry conditions below 30°C. 
• Surface Pretreatment: Clean, grease-free metal surfaces with zinc and iron salt phosphating or aluminum chromatizing. 
• Application Methods: Manual or automatic Corona guns, or Triboelectric guns. 
• Recommended Thickness: 70-90 microns, 100-120 microns for specific colours. 
• Curing Conditions: 180°C for 20 minutes, can drop to 160°C for steel. 
• Mechanical and Corrosion Resistance: Strong mechanical properties and 1000 hours salt spray test resistance.
