• Versatile Application: Ideal for garden furniture, window frames, road signs, lighting articles, and any metal object requiring high sun and weather resistance.
• Storage Stability: Stable for at least 24 months when stored in dry conditions below 30°C, ensuring long-lasting usability.
• Surface Pretreatment: Requires clean, grease-free, and rust-free metal surfaces for optimal adhesion. Zinc and iron salts phosphating is necessary for high corrosion resistance, while chromating is recommended for aluminum surfaces.

Application Guidelines

• Application Methods: Can be applied using manual or automatic Corona guns or Triboelectric guns, enhancing flow and penetration characteristics.
• Recommended Thickness: An average thickness of 70-90 microns is recommended for best yield, with specific recommendations for colors like yellow, orange, and red requiring 100-120 microns.
• Curing Conditions: For applications on aluminum profiles subject to QUALICOAT approval, curing at 180°C for 20 minutes is recommended. For other steel applications, curing can be done at 160°C for 20 minutes.
